How to find the deeds of your property
The deed of your property can be obtained through your solicitor or bank or via landregistry.ie where you pay 5 euro and this info will be emailed to you.
- Log onto the website and proceed as a guest.
- Then click search.
- Add your address/eircode, click to add Folio to your basket €5.
Proceed to check out and an email with the relevant info will be sent.
