Details for facilitators available on a separate tab on the website as well as a list of building professionals. You will need to hire a Building Professional to carry out a Building Conditions Assessment. A building professional can be an engineer or an architect or a building surveyor.
While you’re waiting for an appointment with a facilitator or before you register online with Donegal County Council, these are the documents you will need to gather up:
– Proof of address
– Proof of property tax
– Tax clearance number
– Copy of deeds or folio number (from solicitor or through landirect.ie €5)
– Plans of the house and extension
– Planning Compliance Certificate
– MPRN number (ESB number found on your bill)
